Alpha Sign Systems specialise in house builder sales area signage. Working in this industry for over 30 years has enabled us to understand the demands of the house builder client and their signage needs. Our in-house printing machinery allows us to produce a 1220mm x 2440mm printed graphic in under 8 minutes meaning short lead times are not a problem.
Our Swiss Q direct to substrate printer offers high quality prints and fast production times. Our in-house printing and production department allows us to print up to 60 printed panels per day with lamination for extra protection. For Nicholas King Homes we printed over 100 printed panels, gloss laminated and secured tot the existing site hoarding using plastop panels. Complete with colour matched header and kicker boards.
For areas that required minimal marketing material, our designers produced a seamless foliage graphic. Using their experienced Adobe Photoshop skills they were able to create a tilleable graphic for the 1220mm x 2440mm panels for the sales area car park.
Our panels are printed with a UV cured ink meaning that they can be installed externally without a laminate. For extra protection and a high-end finish we laminated the foliage design in a high gloss laminate. Other laminates are available including a Matt finish and an anti-graffiti.
All existing hoarding were surveyed for height, gradient of the ground, stepping of panels, angles and corners and then passed onto our studio for art working. This enables the client to large text and imagery spreading across multiple panels with perfect alignment.
Our in-house production is oriented for House builder signage. We stock multiple posts in different lengths and diameters for types of post mounted signage. Our panels are secured via an industrial strength VHB to a sign channel meaning there is no visible face fixings. The posts are all drilled with a secured riv-nut so the panels can be fixed to the posts using a stainless steel M8 bolts.
We offer fit outs externally and internally for sales area marketing suites. We can clad or wrap the marketing suite units, apply window vinyls and offer full wall and window displays to show promotional literature.
