Alpha Sign Systems worked with structural engineers and steel fabricators to design the structural supports of the signage. The fabricated steel was intricately designed to have minimal impact on the fabricated aluminium letters but calculated against wind loadings. Alpha Sign Systems took the sketches from the structural engineers and composed 2D elevational drawings for planning purposes and for the steel fabricators to produce the bespoke metal work.

Our studio created the 3D rendered visuals to show how the signage will look on the steel supports. The renders assisted our in-house production and installation teams as well as explaining the construction to the client.

The inside of the aluminium fabricated letters were painted white to reflect the light and single LED modules were spaced 50mm apart for ultra bright lighting. Each LED module has a lifespan of 50,000 hours.

Alpha Sign Systems worked with the glazing contractor to design specific support brackets integrated into the aluminium framed glazing. The sign rails were designed to have angle tabs to bolt on to the support brackets.

The high level Fleur-de-lis signs were installed on three elevations of the building. Abseil engineers installed M10 stainless steel studs through the cladding panels and chemically anchored into the block work behind. All signs were hoisted up the side of the building and installed by our specialist team.

The high level signs can be seen across five ways Island at night. All signs are triggered by a roof mounted photo-cell

Alpha Sign Systems took the initial brand concept and designed the bespoke internally illuminated totem signs. The signs were manufactured withan aluminium internal box section structure and clad with folded stainless steel panels. Both sides of the totems had laser cut text and logo and backed with opal acrlyic and inlayed. The text and logo illuminated using bright white LEDs.

Alpha Sign Systems took the brand concept and designed a high quality cost effective specifcation. The signs consisted of CNC cut acrylic back panel with vinyl applied to the reverse with 1.6mm black rowmark to the face. All headers had an engraved logo into the stainless steel rowmark and all text was laser cut to be tactile.

Alpha Sign Systems designed, manufactured and install the car park signage. All car park signage consisted of an adaptive version of one our modular signage products with an oversized header and LED downlight to illuminate the information panel below. The header consisted of an 80mm deep fabricated box and the central section was manufactrued to be 25mm deep.

Alpha Sign Systems completed the project by wrapping the fire escape windows to the rear elevation. The vinyl was prepared in the office and was matched to the RAL colour of the clad panels. The vinyl had a block out layer applied to the reverse with dark grey cut vinyl to the face.
