Alpha Sign Systems worked with Specialized UK to create the concept for the Turbo Entrance tunnel integrating the unique shop-fit display system with bespoke manufacture, CNC engraving facilities and state of the art LED lighting.

From sketch to creation! Our in-house 3D department turned the clients brief into a working production drawing. Every individual component has been created in Solidworks to provide our production and installation teams the full detailed requirements to manufacture and install to precision.

The finished product consisted of CNC engraved valcromat panels with fret-cut and push through internally illuminated letters and folded trays. Finished with LED NEON Flex ceiling lighting.

Alpha Sign Systems finished the internal fit out with LED canvas wall displays consisting of 80mm deep powder coated extrusion, printed canvases secured with a stitched silicone cader. All LEDS and components guaranteed for 5 years with 50,000 hours life span. All manufactured in-house with the graphics printed on our wide format flat bed printers and installed by Alpha engineers.

Precise measurements were taken at the survey stage for us to produce the CNC engraved Valcromat entrance. The Turbo Tunnel was engraved using our Zund CNC machine and then finished with oil to preserve the panels.

Alpha Sign Systems worked enhanced the bespoke designed retail structures with LED acrylic light sheets. Using our white ink printing capabilities we produced the transparent product displays.

Alpha Sign Systems brought all elements together to create the perfect retail displays. A combination of bespoke design, printing and contemporary lighting.

Alpha Sign Systems manufactured the illuminated acrylic cubs with translucent printed graphics to enhance the Turbo Theatre displays. We also manufactured magnetic CNC engraved doors to house the electrical components.

Alpha Sign Systems completed the project in time for launch night. The NEW Turbo Concept store is now open at Race Co Stourbridge.
